A
little about my journey I found my love of movement and creativity at the age of four at Mrs.
Hackney’s school of dance. I went on to pursue a career in the performing arts, beginning as a professional
dancer, choreographer, and dance instructor. I taught and choreographed throughout New England and New
York City and eventually ended up in Chicago where I taught for the Academy for the Performing Arts, Roosevelt University,
and Columbia College. Following a third knee injury and subsequent surgery, I turned my passion from the
performing arts to the visual arts through photography. I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography
and an award winning photographer and mixed media artist. As I began to integrate my art and personal growth
I knew coaching would be a good fit for me so I decided to learn more. I am a certified Life, Wellness,
and Professional coach as well as a certified Personal Trainer. One of the most powerful things I’ve
learned on my journey is compassion. I know how hard and challenging life can be and I am grateful to have
found my true passions. I love to support and encourage people through coaching, training, speaking
and art to embrace their authentic self. It is my privilege and honor to be a witness as they reclaim their personal
power and transforms their lives. I’d love to support you in creating and living the life of your dreams.
