A
little about my journey I
found my love of movement and creativity at the age of four at Mrs. Hackney’s school of dance. I went on to pursue
a career in the performing arts, beginning as a professional dancer, choreographer and dance instructor. I taught and
choreographed throughout New England and New York City and eventually ended up in Chicago where I taught for the Academy for
the Performing Arts, Roosevelt University and Columbia College. Following a third knee injury and subsequent surgery,
I turned my passion from the performing arts to the visual arts through photography. I am a graduate of the New York
Institute of Photography and an award winning photographer and mixed media artist. One of the most powerful things I’ve
learned on my journey is compassion. I know how hard and challenging life can be and I am grateful to have found my
true passions. I love to coach, teach and train people and witness as the power of movement and creativity inspire
and transform every aspect of their lives including their mind, body and spirit. I’d love to support you in creating
and living the life of your dreams.
